Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for handling and processing. Once your payment has been received, you’ll receive email notifications at each stage of your order — from confirmation to shipping — so you always know where things stand.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system, and changes become limited. However, if your order has not yet shipped, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes before dispatch. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you’re looking for is out of stock, please email info@zurinzuri.com with the product name and quantity you’re interested in. We’ll notify you as soon as it becomes available and can offer you the option to pre-order to secure it in our next shipment. Using a Promotional Code
