Introduction
At Zuri Nzuri, we believe in giving the gift of timeless elegance. Our Digital Gift Cards make it easy to share beauty, style, and inspiration — anywhere, anytime. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, use, and redemption of Zuri Nzuri digital gift cards.
Digital Gift Cards
Zuri Nzuri gift cards are available in digital format only and are issued via email. Each digital card contains a unique code that can be applied during checkout at www.zurinzuri.com.
Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for online purchases through our official website and cannot be used for in-person transactions or retail partners.
Validity Period
All Zuri Nzuri gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded. The expiry date is clearly stated on the digital card or in the confirmation email.
Non-Refundable Purchase
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Once issued, they may not be cancelled, returned, or redeemed for monetary value under any circumstances. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Using a Gift Card
To redeem your Zuri Nzuri gift card:
1. Add your desired item(s) to the cart.
2. Enter your gift card code in the ‘Promo Code / Gift Card’ box at checkout.
3. The value of the card will be automatically applied to your total.
If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods. If the purchase amount is less than the balance, the remaining credit will be reissued as a new digital gift card for future use.
Partial Use and Balances
Partial use is permitted. However, once a transaction is completed, any unused balance will be automatically reissued as a new digital gift card sent to the original email address. Balances cannot be transferred between accounts or consolidated into a single card.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If your Zuri Nzuri gift card is lost, deleted, or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@zurinzuri.com with proof of purchase. We can reissue your card only if a valid purchase record exists. Zuri Nzuri cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use or loss once a digital card has been delivered.
Redemption Restrictions
Gift cards may only be used online at www.zurinzuri.com. They cannot be applied toward previous purchases, used to buy other gift cards, or redeemed in cash. Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Order Confirmation and Delivery
Upon successful purchase, your digital gift card will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within minutes. If you do not receive your gift card email within one hour, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact info@zurinzuri.com and we’ll resend your confirmation.
